Clinical Office

At Gallop To Growth, we offer traditional, evidence-based mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our clinicians draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions to help clients navigate challenges, change unhelpful patterns, and build healthier ways of thinking and coping.

We take a holistic view of mental health—supporting both mind and body—and create a safe, collaborative space where clients can process emotions, explore experiences, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Sessions are available at our Cottonwood Heights office or through secure Telehealth services, and we accept most major insurance plans.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy is an experiential, evidence-informed approach to mental health treatment where clients work with licensed therapists and specially trained horses to explore emotions, build insight, and create meaningful change. Sessions take place on the ground (no riding), allowing clients to interact with the horse in ways that naturally reveal patterns in communication, boundaries, trust, and emotional regulation.

Because horses respond to subtle shifts in human body language and emotion, they act as sensitive mirrors—providing immediate, honest feedback that helps clients recognize what is happening inside themselves. This creates powerful opportunities for trauma healing, self-awareness, confidence building, and improved relationships.
