Reclaim & Rise: Group Overview

Program Overview

This closed, 8-week equine-assisted psychotherapy group is designed for adult survivors of sexual assault who are ready to reclaim their voice, rebuild their sense of self, and move forward toward a life of empowerment and wholeness. Facilitated by a licensed therapist and equine specialist, this trauma-informed group provides a safe, supportive environment to process, connect, and grow through healing experiences with horses.

Each session incorporates ground-based equine activities, reflective exercises, and group support—all within a nonjudgmental, nature-based setting. Participants will explore themes of trust, body awareness, boundaries, identity, safety, and self-worth as they begin to write a new chapter in their healing journey.
