The Silver Stirrup Circle

Discover a Path to Connection, Healing, and Hope

Are you—or someone you know—struggling with:

· Loneliness or isolation?

· Depression, fear, or anxiety?

· Grief or life transitions?

You are not alone. Join our ongoing equine-assisted psychotherapy group designed specifically for older adults seeking emotional support, meaningful connection, and healing through interaction with horses.

Silver Stirrups Circle: Group Overview

Aging can bring a range of emotional challenges, including loneliness, fear, grief, and depression. Our Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) program for older adults offers a unique, experiential approach to support emotional well-being through guided, therapeutic interaction with horses.

This trauma-informed program is facilitated by licensed mental health clinicians alongside trained equine specialists. It is tailored to meet the emotional and relational needs of older adults who may benefit from alternative approaches to traditional talk therapy.
