Elena Abatgis is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Gallop To

Growth. With nearly 30 years in the media industry as a radio host, traffic

reporter, and award-winning producer, Elena brings leadership, creativity, and

communication expertise to every corner of the organization.

She previously held roles as Program Director, Music Director, and Promotions Director at major radio stations, earning national recognition including a 2020 ACM Large Market Personality of  the Year award. She now uses that experience to lead operations at Gallop To Growth—from horse care and facility management to public relations and outreach coordination.

Elena’s passion for horses and their ability to heal continues to guide her work. 

Whether she’s coordinating a session, leading a tour, or feeding at sunrise, she is the steady, behind-the-scenes force helping Gallop To Growth grow into the safe, healing-centered place it’s meant to be.
